Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2026
1. Introduction and Scope
SVAIS ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal and business data responsibly. This Privacy Policy applies to svais.net and our application environments, including social.svais.net and autopostapi.svais.net, and explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data when you use our services.
Our platform helps users manage digital marketing workflows, workshops, and automation for businesses and schools. We process only the data necessary to provide those services.
2. Data We Collect via Social Media APIs
When you connect social media accounts through authorized integrations, we may collect and process:
- User and account identifiers (for example, user IDs, page IDs, business asset IDs).
- Basic account metadata (for example, account/page name, profile image URL).
- Access credentials and permissions data (for example, page access tokens, granted scopes).
- Content payloads you choose to publish (for example, captions, media references, publish time).
- Operational records required to execute and track automation jobs.
3. How We Use the Data
We use integration data only to provide core product functionality, including:
- Executing user-authorized scheduled or immediate social posts.
- Managing connected social accounts and publishing permissions.
- Providing status updates, logs, and delivery diagnostics for your automations.
- Maintaining account security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
We do not sell, rent, or broker user data. We do not share personal data with third-party data brokers.
4. Social Media Platforms and Third-Party Integrations
SVAIS uses official OAuth and platform authorization flows for all integrations. Our current production integrations include Facebook Login for Business and the Instagram Graph API.
This section is intentionally modular and applies to current and future integrations, including but not limited to LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Google/YouTube, and other approved social APIs. For each integration, we request only scopes required to perform user-authorized publishing and account management functions.
Your relationship with each social platform is also governed by that platform's terms, policies, and developer requirements.
5. Data Retention and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, including encrypted storage of access tokens and restricted internal access controls.
- Access tokens and integration credentials are retained only while your connection remains active or as needed for lawful operational purposes.
- If you disconnect an account or request deletion, associated tokens and integration records are removed or irreversibly anonymized according to our deletion schedule.
- Unless a longer period is legally required, integration-linked records are purged within 48 hours of approved deletion or revocation events.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA frameworks), you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain data processing. To submit a privacy request, contact us at support@svais.net.
7. International Compliance and Legal Bases
Where applicable, we process data under lawful bases such as contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating secure services, user consent for connected integrations, and legal obligations.
