Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by SVAIS, including SaviSocialAutoPost features available on svais.net, social.svais.net, and autopostapi.svais.net.

By creating an account, connecting APIs, or using any automation features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. User Accounts and API Integrations

You are responsible for account credentials, account activity, and ensuring the accuracy of connected platform permissions.

You may connect only social media assets that you own or for which you hold valid administrative authority, including "Full Access" rights where required (for example, Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional Accounts, and equivalent rights on other integrated channels).

3. Social Media Platforms and Third-Party Integrations

SVAIS currently supports Facebook Login for Business and Instagram Graph API workflows, and is designed to support additional integrations in the same modular framework, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Google/YouTube, and similar platforms.

Your use of third-party integrations must comply with the applicable platform's developer terms, community standards, and API usage policies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use SVAIS to:

• Send spam, deceptive, or unauthorized promotional content.
• Upload or distribute malware, malicious scripts, or harmful code.
• Publish illegal, hateful, abusive, or harassing material.
• Circumvent platform security, rate limits, or policy safeguards, including Meta Platform Terms and community standards.
• Use the service in any way that harms the integrity or availability of the platform.

5. Service Availability and Third-Party Dependencies

SVAIS depends on external APIs and services operated by third-party providers. Features may change due to platform updates, API deprecations, permission changes, outages, or restrictions outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVAIS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Without limitation, we are not responsible for:

• Account suspensions, restrictions, or bans imposed by Meta or other platforms.
• API deprecations, permission removals, or policy changes by third parties.
• Publishing failures or delays caused by social platform downtime or latency.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your credential mismanagement.

7. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, disconnect integrations, or terminate access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you violated these Terms, platform policies, or applicable law.

Upon termination, we may revoke API connections and disable automation activity associated with your account.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
